Our story
I'm Heidi, the founder of Ops Angels — and my path to building this business didn't start with a business plan. It started with a moment that required me to step away from a long-standing corporate career to be present where my family needed me most. There was no neat handover. No five-year plan. No tidy exit strategy. There was a decision, and then there was action. What followed taught me something that now sits at the heart of everything we do. When you operate under real pressure, you stop romanticising and you focus on what actually holds. That clarity is what Ops Angels is built on.
Why Ops Angels
Ops Angels exists because exceptional women shouldn't have to choose between growth and sanity. Behind every brilliant, successful woman we've worked with was the same quiet truth — she was stretched too thin behind the scenes. Carrying too many threads. Doing it all without the operational backbone her business actually needed. Not because she wasn't capable — but because she was doing it alone. Ops Angels exists to change that.
